A book tracker and reading journal
for everything you read.
BookGraph helps you track the books you read: build your bookshelf, log reading sessions with a timer, follow your reading progress page by page, keep notes and quotes, and share what you're reading with other readers.
Free forever for personal libraries. No card required.

Everything you need to track your reading
A bookshelf, a reading timer, a reading journal and a community of readers — in one calm app for the web and Android.
Your bookshelf, organized
Keep track of books you want to read, are reading and have finished. Sort by status, genre and favorites — grid, cards or list.
Reading timer & progress
Start a session and read. BookGraph logs the minutes and pages, and your reading progress updates on its own.
A reading journal for every book
Capture thoughts, quotes and page marks right where they belong — attached to the book itself.
Ambient tracks
Lo-fi, rain, nature — a built-in player with focus sounds for longer, deeper reading sessions.
Read together
Follow other readers, share posts and quotes from what you're reading, and talk about books in the comments.
Reading goals & stats
Set a yearly reading goal and watch your books, pages, reading time and streaks add up.
Reading, measured.
Every session updates your progress — pages read, time spent, percent complete. Small numbers that quietly turn into finished books.
Designed for the dark.
Near-black surfaces, warm orange accents, quiet typography — easy on the eyes at midnight, chapter after chapter.
Readers, in their own words
“The timer changed how I read. I stopped doom-scrolling before bed — now I just press start and disappear into a book.”
“Finally a tracker that isn’t a social network. No feeds, no pressure — just my shelf, my notes and my progress.”
“I keep every quote in BookGraph notes. Writing my thesis, I found a passage from two years ago in seconds.”
Questions, answered
Is BookGraph free?
Yes. Creating an account and tracking your personal library in BookGraph is free — no card required.
Where can I use BookGraph?
In any browser at book-graph.com and in the Android app on Google Play. Sign in with the same account and your library, notes and progress stay in sync.
Can I import my books from another app?
Yes. Import your library from StoryGraph (CSV export) or Bookmory (backup file): your books arrive with their reading status, plus ratings or notes where the source has them.
How does BookGraph track my reading progress?
Update the page you're on, or start the reading timer: BookGraph records the time and pages of every session and turns them into your reading progress, streaks and yearly statistics.
Who can see my books and posts?
You decide. In privacy settings, choose who can see your library and ratings — and for each post, whether everyone on BookGraph sees it or only your followers.
